notification for CLSM pours, EnergySolutions hereby submits the 48-hour advance Notice of Intent to begin CLSM
pour.

We are resending the inspection form for Pour ID # AWG17240809FF, due to operations adding more debris (Un-containerized) to fill
in void spaces.

This lift is on AWG17230106FF and South of AWC04150205FF and AWH19230106FF on the Second Tier.
