2024 Second Semi-Annual Environmental Monitoring Report.

On March 20, 2025, EnergySolutions submitted to the Division,the 2024 Second Semi-Annual Environmental Monitoring Report (DSHW-2025-001082). A data review was conducted by the Division
of Waste Management and Radiation Control Inspectors that scrutinized various aspects of the Environmental Monitoring Program at the Clive Facility. During this review the inspectors
thoroughly reviewed reported data with appropriate License conditions and Utah Administrative Codes to ensure compliance with Utah Radiation Control Rules.
The Division considers the inspection of the 2024 Second Semi-Annual Environmental Monitoring Reportclear and has closed out for this review.
