Hello Jake,
It was great speaking with you today. I appreciate the update and the good news that the chlorinator is now operational
and that you’re seeing good chlorine residuals throughout the system.
Attached is the official boil order lift notice. Please ensure that the public is notified using the same method you used to
distribute the original boil advisory.
Thank you.

Hello Jr. and Vanessa,
Thank you for sending over your public notice. I’ve made a few adjustments to your template. The
attached revised version of the boil advisory has been approved by the Division of Drinking Water and is
ready to be posted. Please follow the instructions from the previous email on how you are to post this.
Please ensure that this version is the one used for your public notice. Additionally, please reach out with
any questions you have.

Hi Junior and Vanessa,
It was a pleasure speaking with you both this morning. Following our conversation, I connected with Jake Dodds
regarding the water situation at the Navajo Lake system (UTAH13061).
We discussed that if the chlorinator is currently not functioning, a public notice will be required. It is acceptable
for the water system to remain on for toilet flushing purposes; however, Jake emphasized the importance of
providing a location where individuals can wash their hands with clean water.
Attached to this email, you’ll find the necessary templates and instructions to complete the required
documentation. Please review and return the completed forms by replying to this email chain (click "Reply All").
