Previously, the Division received the plans and specifications on January 3, 2022. Plan review comments were sent to you and your consultant on April 5, 2022, as most of the final documents had been submitted and fixes to the facilities were verified. Revised plans and a response to review comments for the Phase 2 project were received by the Division on May 2, 2022. The Division issued Plan Approval for this project on May 6, 2022. Division staff conducted an onsite inspection of this project and the water system as part of the Sanitary Survey on June 11, 2024. Our understanding of the project was to add 12 more tents to the project, for a total of 15 tents, which can now accommodate up to 50 people. In addition, a 25-seat restaurant was added. With these new additions, the water system added 740 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC C900 pipe and 825 linear feet of 4-inch diameter PVC pipe. All appurtenant valves and fittings were included. We have received the following information forVirgin Sky Phase 2 water lines: Certification of Rule Conformance with plan approval conditions by a professional engineer. As-built or record drawings. Satisfactory bacteriological results as evidence of proper disinfection and flushing. We have determined that all conditions for operating permit issuance have been met. On this basis, an Operating Permit for Virgin Sky Phase 2 water linesis hereby issued as constituted by this letter. You may now place these water lines in service in your water system. Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference. If you have any questions regarding this Operating Permit, please contact J.
