RE: Operating Permit Request for the Cottam to Casa 14-inch Diameter Culinary Transmission Line Project Dear Paul;

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (WCWCD) has requested that we submit this operating permit request letter to you to for the issuance of an operating permit for File 16079 – Cottam to Casa 14-inch Diameter Culinary Transmission Line Project. In accordance with R309-500-9 we certify the following:

1) No significant changes were made to the plans for the pipeline. 2) Conformance with the plan approval conditions. 3) As-built drawings were provided to the Owner and DEQ with this letter. 4) Bac-T results were provided to the DEQ with this letter.

The District would like to introduce the Cottam to Casa 14-inch Diameter culinary Transmission Line into the system as soon as possible. If you need any additional information please call.
