Hello Dale,
Please find the attached copy of the recent compliance inspection. The issue I need to follow up on are the
monthly inspections. Please submit documentation that the monthly walkthrough inspections are happening, by sending in
a picture of the form by the 15th of the month for June and July. Please let me know if you have any questions.
