For good cause, I extended the IO on January 7, 2025. As authorized in Paragraph 11 of the General Provisions section of the IO, I find further good cause to extend certain deadlines set forth in the IO (as amended January 7, 2025). The attached Supplemental New Public Water System Schedule (“NSOS”) is hereby issued and adopted as reflecting the current compliance requirements and supersedes and replaces any prior orders relating to the System.
