The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has prepared a draft permit for the US Magnesium Landfill, a Class IIIb landfill owned and operated by US Magnesium
LLC(the Permittee). Pursuant to Utah Code Section 73-32-203, the Division is providing your office with a copyof the public notice, which opens the draft permit to public comment before
a decision is made on the permit. The 45-day public comment period is open from Thursday, June 5, 2025through Monday, July 21, 2025.
