This letter is notification that Big West Oil LLC (Big West) will be inspecting, maintaining, and refillingTa* 62.
Tar* 62 is subject to 40 CFR 63 Subparts CCA^IW and Utah R307-327. This notification is being provided in
accordance with requirements of $63.655(hX2XD and Utah R307-327-5(5). Notification for deinventorying and
degassing of the tank was sent under separate cover in accordance with requirements of Utah SIP Section
IX.H.1 l.g.vi. Upon startup, Tank 62 will comply with the requirements from $63.660(b) and 40 CFR 63 Subpart
WW. The tank refill date depends on maintenance and is currently planned for April 5th,2024.
