The Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Environmental Response and
Remediation (DERR) is requesting that Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (Atlas), complete the
enclosed Work Assignment (WA) Amendment MUZ-2Al-ATC under Contract #216364. The
amended WA approves additional funding for Task 1, the installation of groundwater monitoring
wells .

The Consultant, Atlas, is requested to enact Work Assignment (WA) Amendment MUZ-2A 1-ATC,
originally approved by the Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) on
October 16, 2023. The following, Task #1, has been amended to include the cost of an Ogden City
Right of Way permit, and added Atlas labor costs:
IA. Ogden City ROW Permit and Altas labor costs in obtaining the permit.
Cost: $1,745.00
The amended total for the WA amount to date is now $41,955.55. The work shall be performed in
the same manner as provided for in the Contract. An amended Deliverable and Payment Schedule
is attached.
