Noah, thank you for your comments. I am attaching a revised copy of the DWSP Update for Well No. 11 with the correct figures. No other changes were made to the report, other than replacing the figures.

Hi Paul,

I'm reviewing the updated DWSP plans for Tooele City, submitted on November 10, 2021. There are just a few things that need addressed:
The updated plan for Well 11 (WS015) uses maps showing Well 5 (WS007). I assume that the text refers to Well 11, but Well 5 figures were accidentally used. Would you like to correct this plan for clarification?
Well 6, 7, 8 (WS008, 009, 010), and Well 15 (WS019) have septic systems listed as an uncontrolled PCS in their protection zones, however, the CCRs being used for public education don't seem to mention anything about BMPs
for septic. Was there any other public education material that was distributed for these systems that targets septic? If not, please distribute public education material on septic systems for these sources as soon as possible and
provide us with a copy and date of distribution. A fact sheet included in a biller stuff is sufficient.
Most systems have not been implementing their plans so plan implementation is now enforced since the re-enactment of the IPS rule in January of 2020. Lack of plan implementation is considered a significant deficiency and could
result in 25 Improvement Priority Points being assigned for failure to comply. As a courtesy, I can provide 90 days from the date of this email to address this issue, before I draft a formal disapproval letter.

I just wanted to follow up to see if there's been any progress with the septic public education implementation discussed in my previous email. The 90 day courtesy will expire next week and I haven't received any confirmation that

As long as the CCR contains similar language to what's on the septic fact sheet, it will meet the public education requirements.
