This release (NVS) was properly cleaned up on October 30-31, 2019. Documentation for this cleanup work was received by the DERR in January 2023. An additional release (NYO) related to the APSTs was reported to the DERR on September 25, 2020, based on laboratory data from a property transaction assessment. The files for these two releases have been reviewed by the DERR project manager who has recommended that no further corrective action be taken at this time, for each of the releases. This no further action applies only to the specific Release Sites NVS and NYO. Each recommendation is based on the information contained in the file for the respective release. That information was supplied by you, your consultant, or another representative. The information submitted for Release Site NYO indicates that petroleum contamination of soil remains from this release. The shallow contamination is at depths and locations that are not currently considered a threat to human health or the environment according to Utah Admin. Code R311-211. This evaluation is based on current land usage, exposure pathways, potential receptors and other site-specific risk characteristics. In the future, if changes to these characteristics create a threat to human health or the environment, additional corrective action may be required.
