I'm starting this new email chain to hopefully solve that. To reiterate my last reply, please complete the following so I can approve of the update: 1. Have the attached fact sheets distributed to the homes within the protection zones of Well B. Let me know when this has been completed. No signatures from homeowners are needed. Just reply to this email confirming these were distributed. 2. Have the attached use waiver signed and returned by the designated person. The last update included a signed susceptibility waiver for Well C, not a use waiver. Both of these actions should be done once every update cycle (6 years) and documented in the updated DWSP plan. I have sent letters to all ten properties that lie within the Well Protection Zones; out to level 4 for both Well B and Sawyer Well. I included an explanation as to why they were receiving the attached fact sheets (Household Hazardous Waste and Septic Tank/Drainfield System). If anything else is needed please let me know.
