Energy Solutions hereby responds to the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control's Round
2 Requests for Information (RFI) that focus on Appendix O (Depleted Uranium Performance Assessment -
revision 4.0) of our Federal Cell Facility Application. Individual responses for each of these RFls have been
previously submitted under separate covers in accordance with the Director's assigned reference number. The
Depleted Uranium Performance Assessment herein submitted has been updated to revision 4.0 to reflect these
Round 2 RFI responses that have been previously submitted.
