On December 5, 2019, an Expanded Subsurface Investigation Review and Site Status letter, ERRL-0481-19, Compliance Schedule (Compliance Schedule) was sent to you which outlined information required to be submitted to the State of Utah concerning your above-referenced Release Site. To date, the required information has not been submitted and is currently past due. Pursuant to Utah Admin. Code R311-202, Sections 280.62 through 280.65, Suburban Land Reserve, Inc., is required to submit a Corrective Action Plan (CAP). The CAP associated with these requirements was outlined in the Compliance Schedule and was due on March 5, 2020. Any PST release management, abatement, investigation or corrective action must be performed by a Certified PST Consultant as outlined in Utah Admin. Code R311-201-2. Failure to submit the required report(s) referenced herein within 90 days of your receipt of this notice may result in further compliance actions against you.
