Parsons Company Park City Concrete Plant, located at 4122 Atkinson Road, Park City, Utah, was received by the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) and has been reviewed. The following equipment has been approved for operation for this temporary project: Portable concrete batch plant 500 kW generator The State of Utah has permitted portable equipment for Staker Parson Companies on the Approval Order DAQE-AN115180014-15 dated July 6, 2015. The above location is a permitted concrete batch facility with established production limits. All equipment operating at this site must be in accordance with the current Approval Order (AO) for this site DAQE-AN103510006-14 dated November 24, 2014. The production of concrete and hours of operation from the temporary projects when combined with the permanent equipment’s production cannot exceed the 12-month rolling limit as per Conditions II.B.1.b.A. The hours of concrete plant operation cannot exceed the 14 hour limit of II.B.1.b.B of this AO. Approval is granted to relocate and operate this equipment at the new location for a period not to exceed 180 operational days. As per Utah Administrative Code (UAC) R307-401-17, the operation of equipment at this temporary site may be for up to 180 working days in any calendar year not to exceed 365 consecutive days, starting from the initial relocation date. 6 Û á Û Ù Û Þ DAQC-488-25 Page 2 The owner/operator shall maintain records of the actual operation hours, days, and production rate, of the above referenced equipment at this relocation site and have the ability to submit the information to the DAQ upon the request of representatives of the director. Please make certain that the plant operator is aware of all the location specific requirements for this site and the conditions of the aforementioned AO. Utah Division of Water Quality Storm Water Permits and regulations may apply to this temporary project. Please refer to Utah DEQ Water Quality’s current Storm Water Construction requirements for additional information. This approval for relocation in no way releases the owner or operator from any liability for compliance with all other applicable federal, state, and local regulations including the UAC.
