Dear Colby Goodliffe:The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) received a request for an Operating Permit for SVRPI Phase 1B Water Line Project from your consultant, Kirk Bagley,
P.E. with Bowen Collins and Associates on May 21, 2025. The Division issued Plan Approval for this project on January 23, 2024.
Our understanding of the project is the installation of approximately 929 linear feet of new 24-
inch diameter Ductile Iron Class 350 water line along the golf course. The new water line
connects to an existing 16-inch diameter C900 PVC water line on the south end and a 24-inch
diameter PVC water line to the north.
We have received the following information for SVRPI Phase 1B Water Line Project:
Certification of Rule Conformance with plan approval conditions by a professional engineer.
As-built or record drawings.
Satisfactory bacteriological results as evidence of proper disinfection and flushing.
Evidence of O&M manual delivery.
We have determined that all conditions for operating permit issuance have been met. On this basis, an Operating Permit for theSVRPI Phase 1B Water Line Projectis hereby issued as constituted
by this letter. You may now place the water line in service in your water system.
Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference.
