Project Status
I stopped by the site on Saturday. Looks like LL&L dug for footings on Building C. It is my opinion and concern that pouring the
footings and foundation on the southern most point of this building will cause issues with RMP in being able to remove the
transformer, lines and pole circled in the first site photo. Please confirm with RMP that this will not be an issue before pouring the
footings and foundations in this location.
We are not able to move to Building B due to an ground wire at the pole cirlced in photo 2 in this report. We are not able to dig or
pour footings and foundations on Building D as this would prevent RMP from removing the rest of the overhead lines, transformers
and poles.
Site Observations
● Site is really wet, but LL&L is doing a good job given the circumstance. They have not found concerning soils.
● Everyone onsite is doing what they can to move this project forward. They are just running into issues with RMP schedule and
work to be completed. RMP scheduled to be complete around the 3rd week in December.
Northstar to confirm w/RMP this can be removed if we pour. This pole has a ground wire preventing building B footings.
This is BLDG C. BLDG D goes to the left side of powerlines. RMP will not be able to do their work if we dig BLDG D.
