Project Status
Met with Anthony Garcia (SL Public Utilities) to review water lines and sewer. He gave us the greenlight to backfill.
Met with RMP to review conduit runs for transformers. He thinks we should have boxes and transformers onsite by 11/18.
Reviewed Lumens and RMP with JCorp to maintain consistancy between both groups and timing.
Site Observations
● All sewer and water laterals to units is complete. Backfilling those today. Soils all retained on site.
● Clearing up a little confusion between Public Utilities and their engineers. RMP and Lumens is close to being removed from the
site.
Digging to complete 6" fireline run along Rowley Drive. Catch basin installed and connected to stormwater.
Another catch basin installed. Awaiting grating. Another catch basin installed and grouted.
Water lines going in and being inspected. Water line connection for units.
Thrust blocking installed at end of water line runs.
