The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has received all the
documentation necessary to issue the attached certificate of compliance for the 4,000-gallon
ethanol-free aboveground petroleum storage tank at this facility. However, in order to maintain
this certificate and be eligible for participation in the Environmental Assurance Program, you
must submit a Spill Bucket test within 90-days of the date of this letter.
