Hello Lori,

I called and left a message, but will send this email response as well.

First, where is the April 13 due date found? I don't see it in the DERR SIR letters sent for Release
OFZ or OJL, nor the agency transfer letter, with the agency oversight application, for Release MJI.

If DWQ has a due date, then I am not aware of it. In this case, DWQ would have to issue the
extension of the due date, because the Agency Oversight Application from the DERR is not
complete. Thus DWQ is the current authority for Release MJI.

What would happen if I submit the “SIR extension request” before Pilot signs/returns
that DERR oversight form? Would I need to request the extension from the DWQ
technically? PTL has not signed/commented on that form yet, and I will be out on
vacation the 2nd half of April, and wanted to get the extension request submitted before
I go (and not submit it after the actual deadline)!
I am wondering my options in the event PTL doesn’t return that form before the date I
need to submit the extension request (ie the due date of April 13).

PS: DERR letter for oversight went out yesterday. PTL should get it and return the signed
