Dear Mr. Bleak:
On March20, 2025, Anfield Resources Holding Corp. (Anfield) submitted a Completion Report (Report) for Monitoring Well RM-23 to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control
(Division) (DRC-2025-001334). The Report included a final as-built diagram, boring log with lithology, electric well logging results, survey coordinates, and completion photos.
While not required here due to the timing and circumstances of the original work plan submission, the Division willrequire all future well installations to alsoincludehydraulic testing
to determine local hydraulic conductivity. Additionally, the Division will require approval of thewell location and construction details (e.g. screening interval, etc.) before construction
begins for all future wells. These conditions would be addressed in both the associated well installation plan as well as the next revision of the Groundwater Discharge Permit (#UGW
170003), currently under review by the Division.
This letter constitutes a closeout of the installation of monitoring well RM-23.
