Dear Mr. Scott:
On January 17, 2025, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received theCompletion of Cell 6C lining project QA/QC documentation (As-Built Report) for the
Trans-Jordan Landfill (Landfill). The As-Built Report was stamped by a professional engineer certifying that Cell 6C has been installed and completed.
The As-Built Report has been reviewed by staff of the Division. Based on our review of it, the Division accepts and concurs with the engineer’s statement and signed certification. Cell
6C is hereby approved to receive waste as specified in Landfill’s current permit.
