Subject: Notice of Source Reactivation for Jordan Valley WCD, UTAH18027 Alan Packard:
According to the Division of Drinking Water’s (the Division) records, Jordan Valley WCD recently reactivated the 8400 S 1000 W – DW8 well (identified as WS061). This well supplies water to the SWGWTP treatment plant (TP001) and will be sampled through the monitoring requirements previously set for the SWGWTP (TP001). The reactivation of this source does not
change the monitoring requirements for this system. The monitoring requirements for the SWGWTP (TP001) are given below. An updated monitoring schedule can be viewed any time at waterlink.utah.gov under the Water Monitoring section.
