I hope all is well with you. This is a courtesy reminder that your CAP for this water
system has an item coming due. This is for deficiency SS04 Spring box overflow lacks a
No. 4 screen, This is due on May 1 2025. Also SS13 Spring box lid is not locked is
also due on this date.Please be sure to submit this correction by the May 1 due date or
the system may be assessed additional violations.
