INCIDENT SUMMARY
The caller reported that Badlands Tank Lines is filling up their trucks with diesel oil and there is no containment on the site. They fill up around 40
trucks a day and during that spilling occurs onto the ground. Along with the diesel fill-up the company washes their trucks on the site which releases
crude oil to the ground. There is no containment around the wash area.
