Dear Mr. Hansen,

In accordance with Attachment 14 Fume Management Section 2.1 Bulk Solids Building of Clean
Harbors Aragonite, LLC State RCRA Permit, CHA is submitting the 2024 Procedure T Testing
Results. Procedure T Testing was conducted on the bulk solids building during back up
operations on March 8, 2024, and during normal operations on March 28, 2024. CHA is required
to submit the results within fourteen days of the test being completed.

Enclosed you will find the Procedure T Testing Results.

I hereby certify under penalty of law that this document was prepared under my direct
supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly
gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons
who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information
submitted is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate and complete. I am aware
that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of
fine and imprisonment for known violations.
