Director,
Mr Leishman
Enclosed is a copy of the quarterly Excess Emissions Report for the Chevron Salt
Lake City Marketing Terminal. Electronic and editable copies of the UDEQ format EER will be
submitted to you via email at Rleishman@Utah.gov. Please note that due to the use of methane
subtracting analyzers (CEMs) at the terminal, the term VOC used in the report is referring to
non-methane hydrocarbon (NMHC) parameters which were monitored during the quarter. Both
units are IR 8400D methane compensating analyzers.
The serial numbers on the CEMs cabinets are as follows:
Primary VRU (CEM-1) date of installation 5/15/2014 Cabinet SIN is 4303
Backup VRU (CEM-2) date of installation 6/30/20 13 Cabinet S/N is 5235
Upon review of data logging software and therefore to the best of my knowledge. all information
contained in the report is accurate and is a complete record of monitoring related events which
occurred during the reporting period.
If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact me at 503.221.7855
