Hi All,
I will be sending via file transfer the final Site Management Plan incorporating all of the changes
that we’ve been discussing the last few weeks. My apologies for the file transfer process, but it’s
too big to e-mail. The final version will have all of the Exhibits included in the PDF. When you’ve
received and reviewed, please let us know if you see any errors or issues. Hopefully we are
complete on that document.

Also, as we discussed in our last call, we will begin to follow the water monitoring schedule put
forth in that SMP, which means the next surface water sampling event will occur in June and water
levels will be monitored every two weeks through the end of the month. The groundwater sampling
will also take place in early June. The SMP will now be followed instead of the 2023/2024 water
monitoring plan which we had extended while we were working on the SMP.

Thanks for all of your feedback on the plan. We look forward to talking again on Friday about the
Environmental Covenant.
