In compliance with 40 CFR 60.1l3b(a)(2), Chevron requests an extension for emptying tank 20016 by an
additional 30 days, making the new repair deadline May 18,2025. The tank did not pass its seal
inspection on March 4,2025, and the original45-day repair or empty deadline is April 18,2025.
