SUBJECT: Internal Closeout, Leaking Underground Storage Tank Release
BCG Granary Partners LLC, located at 735 South 500 West, Salt Lake City, Utah
Facility Identification No. 4002699, Release Site ONK___

This tank removal was part of a VCP cleanup C109 with a cleanup goal of commercial/industrial. The diesel impacts to soil are greater than ISLs but less than Tier 1 in west closure sample.
No soil was removed at this time, any contamination will be part of the VCP cleanup C109, Joe Katz with the VCP Brownfields section is the lead on this site.

Enclosures: Closure Notice, documentation of proper disposal, data tables, maps, etc.
