Ride safely and follow the law. Grantsville Ordinance 17-4-4 prohibits driv- ers under 12, and riders 12-16 must be with an adult. As of Jan 1, 2023, Utah requires all OHV operators to com- plete a free safety course. Riders under 18 need a youth OHV certificate, while those 18+ need an adult certificate. The one-time course takes under 30 minutes. Get certified here: recreation.utah.gov/off-highway-vehicles/ohv- education-course/. Stay safe!
