Dear Mr. Wilson:

Please find the signed closure notice, laboratory sample analysis report and backup documentation
for the UST Removal performed in Bluff, Utah on March 6, 2024. Six soil samples were obtained
per our on-site agreement during the UST removal activities. As you are aware the UST had a
documented failure in September of 2023. Gasoline released from the premium gasoline
compartment of the UST impacted soils and fill material below and surrounding the tank. As results
from sampling confirmed, the clay layer below the tank abated downward migration of the impacts
below the former tank. Soil samples S1 through S4 at about 13 feet below grade demonstrate this.
However, fill material below and surrounding soils along the sides of the tank excavation were
impacted. An approved abatement was performed and several additional samples were obtained.
Additional information can be obtained from the pending Abatement Report.
