In compliance with the Consent Decree (C 03-04650 CRB), UACR-regulated valves in light-liquid and vapor service are now being inspected quarterly (with the exception of valves in process units that are currently on altemative skip monitoring rules as allowed under Appendix K of the consent decree). Chevron certifies that all monitoring required by Utah Administrative Code Title R307-326-9 has been conducted during the calendar quarter at the Salt Lake Refinery. The remainder of this report provides additional information required by R307-326-9(7) and 40 CFR 60.487a. Because the previous UACR quarterly report was submitted for period ending September 30,2024, this report contains only 4'h Quarter 2024 UACR monitoring data. Additionally, this report contains monitoring data for N SPS components for the period of July 1,2024 to Decembe r 3 1, 2024.
