Dear Ms. Norcross:
EnergySolutions hereby retracts the courtesy copy of the revision 8 update of our
Business Continuity Plan (CL-BC-PN-001), inadvertently shared with the Director of the
Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control via electronic mail on March 25,
2025 via Transmittal 2025-021. Requirements to which EnergySolutions is required to
demonstrate compliance are documented in Utah Code, Utah Administrative Code, and
its radioactive material licenses. EnergySolutions documents the business, logistic, and
operational processes by which compliance is achieved in corporate and facility
procedures. Courtesy copies of those procedures that do not include business sensitive or
radiation security information will continue to be shared with the Division when revised.
Copies of procedures that include proprietary business sensitivity or national / nuclear
security information are available for Division staff review at our Clive.
