In accordance with requirements identified in Part 1.H.16 and Appendix J Section 4.1 of the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit No. UGW450005 (Permit), EnergySolutions provided the necessary 24-hour and 5-day notifications to the Division of Waste Management Control (DWMC) on February 12, 2025 (DRC-2025-000498) and February 18, 2025 (DRC-2025-000546), respectively. Please describe how the dysfunctional transducer was accounted for in calculating theseven-day average flow rate at the 1997 Evaporation Pondand provide the associatedEvaporation Ponds Leak Detection System Volume Weekly Calculation Formto verify compliance with Part 1.F.13 and Appendix J Table 1 of the Permit for the time of this event.
