RE:2024 Cell Expansion – Phase 2A Construction Approval
Dear Mr. Richards:
On January 9, 2025, the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) received the “Intermountain Regional 2024 Cell Expansion Phase 2A Construction Documentation Submittal”packet
(DSHW-2025-000224). After reviewing the liner specifications and installation records, it appears that the cell liner and manner of installation for Phase 2A comply with the liner requirements
of Utah Administrative Code R315-303-3(3)(a). The cell is hereby approved to receive waste.
