EnergySolutions hereby submits an Addendum to the 2024 Annual 11e.(2), LARW, Class
A West, and Mixed Waste Groundwater Monitoring Report (CD-2025-032). In
accordance with UGW450005 Part H.2.b, EnergySolutions submits quarterly
potentiometric maps of the uppermost aquifer for each water level measurement, which
were found to be missing from Appendix B of the report during a recent quality
assurance check.
