Dear Mr. Bird:
ln accordance with the Approval Order dated January 11,2018 (DAOE-AN103350075-18),
condition ll.B.1 .c, Tesoro is submitting a projection of planned and required process shutdowns
for 2025.
The Gasoline Hydrotreater, Alkylation, and Distillate Desulfurization Units are projected to
be shut down for approximately one day.
The Crude Unit is projected to be shut down for approximately two days.
The Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit is projected to be shut down for approximately four
days.
The Benzene Saturation Unit is projected to be shut down for all of 2025.
