The water faucet was opened to immediately reestablish a water seal, a leak pan was placed under the p-trap, and the sink was removed from hydrocarbon service until a maintenance work order was executed and the leaking p- trap was repaired. r During an inspection of the Flare Gas Recovery Unit area drains, the water seal for drain hub DH-5 could not be visually verified. A Method 2l inspection was performed, and VOC emissions did not exceed 500 ppm. In an abundance of caution, a drop-in vertical pipe trap was subsequently installed to ensure ease of visual inspection.
