This letter is notification that the Salt Lake City Refinery will be performing inspections on its
floating roof tanks during the months of March, April, and May 2025. This letter provides UDAQ
30-day notification of tank inspections conducted pursuant to NSPS Subpart Kb and MACT
Subpart CC. While tank inspections conducted pursuant to R307-327 do not require formal
notification, Tesoro is also notifuing UDAQ of these inspections. The following lists which tanks
will be inspected:
External Floating Roof Tanks:
Tanks 243,307,325,326,423,421,405,308,432,424,324,242,328,252,327,298,330,431,
and 422.
Internal Floating Roof Tanks:
Tanks 103,241,186,412,503,245,402,331,244,321,190,248,188,413,414and504.
