Under Canvas Bryce Canyon Water Tanks Modifications

Dear Mr. Wright,
All conditions of the Plan Approval for this project have been accomplished. Attached to this
letter are the as-built drawings, which have been received by the water system, and the
bacteriological samples reporting proper disinfection.

The following changes were made to the site during construction.

-piping configuration changes (See as-builts)
-overflow pipe diameters are 2”
-One float is provided for all tanks and is connected to a junction box attached to nearby post.

All changes should not hinder the water system to operate a safe and functional service and
conform with rules outlined in R309 of the Utah Administrative Code.

Please let us know if anything else is required from the State.
