Q78. Briefly describe your system.
The system currently being utilized consists of one (1) spring feeding a 100k gallon above-ground steel storage tank
located several hundred yards downhill. The tank is connected to a fill station located approximately 50 yards below.
Lot owners in the subdivision use a haul trailer to transport water to storage tanks located on their respective lots.
There is also a pump station located near the spring that can be used to pump water to a 42k below-ground concrete
storage tank located above the spring that can be used for additional storage. There is a second spring located uphill
from the 42k tank that can be used to supply the tank. This spring is not currently being utilized due to the lack of
proper source protection. To this point, the 100k tank has been sufficient for the needs of the subdivision, and the 45k
tank and second spring have not been required nor used since the construction of the 100k tank in approximately 2005.
Future growth of the subdivision may require the completion of approved source protection for the second spring and
its incorporation into the system.

Select all populations that best represent your system.
This is often confusing for new systems. If you select Unsure, please give as much
information as possible about the type of people your system will serve. We can
assist you in correctly identifying your system's population type. The Division of
Drinking Water will determine the system type based on the best available and
supplied information. A community population is full-time residents or homes that
can be occupied full-time. A non-transient, non-community population is the same
people daily but not their full-time residence (employees or students in a school,
for example). A transient non-community population is rotating or seasonal
(customers at a restaurant, church attendees, campers at a campground, or cabins
where the water is turned off for a portion of the year).
Transient Non-Community
