Dear Mr. Gurney:
A review of the information submitted in the Closure Notice received on April 23, 2025, for
the above-referenced underground storage tanks (USTs), indicates that contaminant concentrations
are below State of Utah cleanup levels (Utah Admin. Code, R311-211-6). No corrective action is
currently required at this site for the 1,000-gallon gas, 1,000-gallon diesel, 550-gallon used oil
regulated USTs.
Corrective action may be needed in the future if contamination is found that exceeds State
of Utah cleanup levels.
