The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has reviewed the
revised Site Characterization Report, dated April 7, 2025. The document was reviewed as required by the provisions of the Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).

Based on a review of the document, the DERR has no further technical comments and accepts the report under the VCP. Please propose a Remedial Action Plan to address the impacts at
the site.
