Hello Leigh,

Please find the attached letter/report documenting the December 2024 round of groundwater sampling.

Results from this round of sampling identified TPH-DRO concentrations above the Initial Screening Level in several
samples. However, the TPH fractionation results do not indicate concentrations of C-ranges at or above calculated
screening levels, for either residential or commercial land use. The groundwater flow direction onsite was again to the
southwest, consistent with the 2 most recent sampling events that have used elevation data from the monitoring wells
rather than from direct-push borings.

Please let me know of any questions, and we look forward to resuming discussions on the RAP approach.
