FIELD OBSERVATIONS: Primarily was interested in looking at potential sources (AST, Oil water separator, and some of the drains in the main bay). Also observed hole cut in the floor with utility valves in a room identified during the site visit as the transmission room, this hole appeared to go directly to the soil. The AST seemed in good condition, though it is not clear where all the piping is going. Bill has been interested also in buffing up some of the off-site samples, even if we otherwise go immediately to RAP. SPLIT SAMPLES COLLECTED?
