General Comments
Comments Excessive litter has both been piled up along the east fence line and spread
outside of the property boundaries. Chronic litter issues are typically an
indicator of poor daily cover. Needs to be corrected and cleaned up
IMMEDIATELY. These items are permit and solid waste rules requirements.
All recyclable material storage piles and areas (waste tires, metal, used
batteries) are not allowed to accumulate for more than 1 year. The piles that
have accrued for longer than this need to be shipped off for recycling.
