The Division of Environmental Response and Remediation (DERR) has received all the
documentation necessary to issue the attached certificate of compliance for the 15,000-gallon
regular, the 15,000-gallon diesel #2, the 10,000-gallon premium, the 12,000-gallon red dye diesel,
and the 8,000-gallon ethanol-free tanks at this facility. This notice satisfies the requirement for
written authorization to remove the delivery prohibition tags in accordance with Utah Admin. Code
R311-206-8(7). Please remove and discard any tags that were attached to the fill for these tanks
