Attached is a detailed account of closure work done through 9/16/2024. Because
our plan for WR is to apply for the new OGM Re-cycling permit when finalized, we
have left untouched any assets that will be required in the future to re-cycle
produced water. Those assets include:
-all double lined skim and evaporative ponds
-all buried HDPE 12” piping connecting the concrete unloading vaults with the evap.

-truck unloading station
-yard lighting
-ticket shack
-perimeter fencing
-electrical power
-natural gas source
-centrifuge equipment
-centrifuge building
-2 glycol heating systems
-air jammer equipment on evap. ponds
